Do you see children?
Yes. We care for patients ages 2 and up.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can become a patient directly, no referral needed.
What insurance do you take?
We accept self-pay, Medicare, Tricare, BCBS PPO, Florida Blue PPO, United Healthcare, Humana, Sunshine, and Ambetter. We are not in-network with any HMO plans.
Where do I park and how do I find you?
We are inside the Gulf County Health Dept. Bldg at 2475 Garrison Ave Ste B, Port St. Joe, with parking on site. Our office is wheelchair accessible.
How long until my first appointment?
Our staff calls you within 48 hours of receiving your intake form to schedule your new patient appointment.
